What is the base of your fragrance balms?
Each of our fragrance balms have organic shea butter, sweet almond essential oil, organic coconut oil and candelilla wax.
What if I am pregnant - are all the products still safe to use?
Sadly, not all of them! Within our fragrance balm range, we offer two balms that are safe to use whilst pregnant. These are the “Bun In The Oven” and “Settle Petal” fragrance balms. We ensure to label all of our products very clearly to avoid any mis-communication!
What if I want something custom?
Cant find exactly what your after? Contact us to see if we’re able to whip you up something custom! Obviously making something extra special for you is exciting but please understand this may incur in additional charges.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a ‘order confirmation’ email from us! We also get a copy of this so don't worry! Sometimes our emails can get mixed up in your ‘junk’ email box so if you can’t find it, check in there just incase the email has bounced! If you don’t receive your ‘order confirmation’ email, please contact us and we can check if the order has gone through!
How long will my order take?
We endeavour to get these orders to you as soon as we can! If we’re able to ship it straight away, standard Australian delivery time us up to 5 business days. Sometimes the order may take a bit longer due to stock availability. Since we hand make all of our products, there sometimes can be a delay if we’ve had an influx of orders so please be patient!

What if I don’t want to pay for postage?
Well unfortunately if you order from the website, its inevitable. But, if you keep an eye out for when we’re popping up at markets, dates and venues are available on social media and website, so you can come and say hello and purchase directly from us then and there!
I haven’t received my order yet? What can I do?
If you feel that delivery time is taking longer than usual, please contact us so we can check in on your order status.
My order was damaged when I opened the parcel! What can I do!?
Ohh no! That’s no good! In the event that the product is broken on arrival, contact us immediately! We are more than happy to replace the item for you, we just need you to shoot us an email with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged goods. Once we have received that we will send out a replacement right away.
